Each artwork is made limited edition, with love and care. For this reason I cannot accept returns, exchanges or change of mind as I do not hold stock. Please be sure to read the description and sizes carefully before ordering.

If production has not started, I can let you know whether or not this is possible.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, you can request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact Ainhoa at ainhoamontanchezart@gmail.com.

If your product has arrived faulty, please get in touch with the following:

  • Your order number and the date of your order
  • Your contact details including full name, address, phone number and email
  • A detailed description of the damage or fault

Please include photographic evidence of the tube/box, shipping label on the box and the damage to the artwork.

Once I have received all of the above, I’ll respond straight away with a plan of action.
